From Boulder take canyon blvd. west towards nederland, turn left on Magnolia Rd. (about 1/2 mile after the tunnel), set your odometer and go up magnolia 6.8 miles, turn left on CR 68, follow 68 for 2-3 miles to the "one lane road" sign, after that sign you'll see two old wooden cabins on your right, turn left at those cabins (there is a row of mailboxes here), follow the road up and stay right at the fork, we're the 2nd driveway after the fork about 1/2 mile down.  1893 is our address and is on a little green sign nailed to a tree at our drive.  303-442-3024 hm 303-304-0835 cell
